Refund policy

We want you to plan with something you love. If The 1% Planner isn't right for you, here's how returns work.

Returns. You can return your planner within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original condition. Email us at theonepercentplanner@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Bulk and organizational orders. Orders of 10 or more planners, and any order placed by a business, school, church, or nonprofit, are not covered by the 30-day return policy above. These orders are final sale unless we agree otherwise in writing before the order is placed. Damaged or incorrect items are still covered — see below.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your planner arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
